By direct debit:
Direct debit is the most convenient means of payment for you and for Fliegl, without risk and with full cancellation rights! You provide us with the name of your bank, account number and sort code. We do not debit your account for the invoice amount until 14 days after delivery, automatically. The direct debit is valid unless and until it is revoked in writing.

With credit cards:
When you pay by credit card the amount is reserved on your credit card when the order is placed (authorisation). Your credit card is charged as soon as the purchase has been competed (see General Terms and Conditions 5.3.3). An additional security tool is integrated into our Online Shop for payment by credit card: As part of the ordering process you will be asked for the verification code on your credit card. The three-digit verification code can be found in the signature panel on the back of your credit card. We also meet the requirements of the specified Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).
Payment on Bill:
When you pay by invoice you agree to pay the invoice amount within the period specified on the invoice.
With Paypal:
You can pay easily and securely with the online payment service PayPal. Your Paypal account will be charged on confirmation of your transaction. After the payment confirmation by Paypal your goods will be shipped. The terms and conditions that you, as a Paypal user, have in relation to Paypal Europe S.à.r.l. & Vie, S.C.A. to agree, are available at www.paypal.com .
With Amazon Pay:
Just sign in to your Amazon account while being in the cart. From there, you can use your adress and bank account information that are saved in your Amazon account. As soon as the transaction gets accepted, your bank account will be charged. After the transaction confirmation from Amazon, your order will be delivered by us.

What can you do if the item we delivered does not meet your expectations?
If the customer files a complaint, the merchandise should always be returned to us free to the door within the periods stated above. Notify us of the return shipment and enclose a copy of the invoice. If there is a defect or we have not delivered the correct merchandise, the customer will be fully reimbursed for the shipping costs of return delivery. We regret that we are unable to accept deliveries that are returned to us carriage forward.
If the purchaser is an entrepreneur we will first rectify the defect in the merchandise or replace the delivery at our discretion. If the purchaser is a consumer, the purchaser may first choose whether the defect in the merchandise should be rectified or the delivery should be replaced. We are entitled to refuse the type of supplementary performance selected, however, if it is only possible with excessive costs and there are no significant disadvantages for the consumer if the other choice is made.
If the supplementary performance fails, the customer can usually choose whether to have the price reduced or to cancel the contract. If the violation of the contract is only minor, especially in the case of minor defects, however, the customer may not elect to cancel the contract.
Companies must notify us in writing of visible defects within a period of 1 week from receipt of merchandise. Otherwise warranty claims are excluded.
Dispatch within relevant period is sufficient to ensure that the deadline is met. The entrepreneur has the full burden of proof for the defect itself, for the time at which the defect was discovered and for ensuring that the complaint is filed in a timely manner. Consumers must notify us in writing of visible defects within a period of 2 months after the time the merchandise was discovered to be in violation of contractual standards. The determining factor for whether the deadline is met is receipt of notification by us. If the consumer neglects to notify us, the consumer's warranty rights shall lapse 2 months after the defect is discovered. This does not apply if the seller is accused of malicious intent.
A warranty claim exists subject to verification and acknowledgement of the complaint item by Fliegl or by the manufacturer's plant. However, improper handling of the merchandise by the customer is grounds for exclusion. The warranty period for entrepreneurs is one year from delivery of the merchandise. The warranty period for consumers is two years from delivery of the merchandise. The warranty period for used items is one year from delivery of the merchandise for consumers. For entrepreneurs, any warranty whatsoever is excluded for used products.
