You have the right to cancel the product within 14 days without stating any reason for doing so. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a person named by you, who is not the carrier, has the merchandise or has taken possession of it. To exercise your right to cancel a contract you must inform us (for example by sending a letter in the mail, a fax or an e-mail), clearly stating your decision to cancel the contract.

You can use the Sample Cancellation Form included here to do this, but you do not have to use it. To meet the deadline for cancellation it is sufficient if you send us notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation deadline.
Results of Cancellation:
If you cancel this contract, we must return all payments we have received from you immediately or at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification that you are cancelling the contract, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from you having chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest, standard delivery that we offered). We will use the same method of payment for this return payment that you used for the original transaction unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the returned merchandise or until you have provided proof that you have returned the merchandise, whichever occurs earlier.
You must return or transfer the merchandise immediately and in any case no later than within 14 days from the day on which you inform us that you are cancelling the contract. The deadline is met if you have dispatched the merchandise before the period of 14 days has elapsed. You are responsible for the direct costs of return shipment. The costs are estimated at no more than approximately 300 EURO.
You will only be required to pay for any lost value of the merchandise if such lost value is the result of handling of the merchandise that is not necessary to test the nature, features and functionality of the merchandise.
