I've forgotten my password. How can I log in to my user account again?
- On the sign-in form, click on "forgot password?". Enter your e-mail address and you will recieve an E-Mail from us with a link. Click on that link to create a new password. Please note: Save your password and store it somewhere safe so you always have it when you need it..

Where can I rewrite my customer account?
- If you want to edit your personal information in your user account, just left-click on "Account" and then "to your account". Here you can change all your personal data such as your home address or your receipt adress.
I have registered in the online shop, but I can not get into my user account. Why?
- When you register in the online store, you will be sent an e-mail with a confirmation link. You will need to click this confirmation link to activate your account.
- If you don't find the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Often, automatically sent messages are stored here.

How can I find out where my package is currently located?
- For package delieveries: You will recieve an E-Mail from us with the delivery status, which includes a tracking number. You can always find out the current status of your order on the website of the delivery service.
- For haulage delivery: Here you also get a confirmation via E-Mail with a status of delivery. For an exact tracking please send us a mail at [email protected].
