Features and technical details:
» The proven Type II/S retrofit kit can be retrofitted to any front loader
» A one-piece base plate on each side ensures easy installation (only one welding point)
» Extremely long stroke results in a tilt angle of up to 180°

» The stronger, larger piston side pulls the loaded implement backwards, approx. 3.6 tons of pulling force
» The weaker, smaller piston side pushes the implement downwards for tipping (no great force would be required here anyway)
» A quick-release valve is not necessary, as the smaller piston side (which requires less oil) is responsible for tipping
» Very robust and compact design with minimal protrusion

Quick and easy installation:
1. Place the front loader and implement on the ground and support them (if necessary, with a support device).
2. Set the desired tilt angle.
3. Place the implement actuator with the cylinder extended on the swing arm (attach) and connect it to the upper pivot point of the quick-change frame.
4. Establish the hydraulic connections.
5. If the tilt angle is too small, reduce either dimension 400 (height of the push rod to the frame) or dimension 790 (deflection to the frame).

Function:
Additional component for the front loader swing arm; the implement enables the tilt function with the quick-change frame.
A quick-change frame for the attachment mount is available as an option.
