»Tapir 375« slurry separator

The »Tapir 375« combines all the benefits of a mobile separator with those of a large screw press.
A large sieve with a diameter of 300 mm and length of 750 mm accommodates large volumes of slurry and thus offers greater throughput performance. The optimised internal screw presses the slurry mixture against the sieve with greater force to achieve even better results. The »Tapir 375« thus separates with 40% greater efficiency than conventional separators, without requiring any more power. To ensure maximum durability, the internal tube and screw are made from stainless steel with a particularly robust and low-wear construction including welded edges. Wear parts such as the discharge blades are of very high quality and easily replaceable. Throughput rates of approx. 20 to 35 m³ can be achieved with a low power consumption of approx. 8 kW per hour!
