With a range of technical enhancements, the latest version of the tried-and-tested Tornado mulcher is an even more efficient and durable tool for professional use in agriculture, landscaping, and municipal services. The numerous detailed improvements not only ensure greater stability and service life, but also significantly simplify handling in daily use.

A newly designed hydraulic hose holder ensures that the hoses are guided safely and neatly – for a better overview and less wear. In addition, an additional hole for the drive shaft holder has been integrated to make attachment more flexible and installation more convenient. The pre-drilled mounting holes for lighting units also increase operational safety, especially in road traffic or in poor lighting conditions.

Another highlight is the second counter blade, which is now fitted as standard. It ensures even finer shredding of the cut material and significantly increases mulching efficiency. The reinforced square tube (4 x 50 x 50 mm) with additional flat steel improves stability and makes it easier to clean the trailing roller – a noticeable advantage when used frequently under demanding conditions.

The trailing roller itself has also been completely redesigned: with a diameter of 193 mm, a wall thickness of 5 mm, UCFL210 flange bearings, and a 50 mm shaft, it impresses with its high load capacity and smooth running. The counter blade has also been extended by 1 cm, resulting in a more even cut quality and improved material intake. In addition, a 2 mm thick, bolted wear plate protects the most important components and can be easily replaced if necessary.

For even greater convenience and efficiency, the belt housing has been redesigned and now offers space for an optionally available automatic V-belt tensioner. This addition ensures constant belt tension, reduces maintenance requirements, and significantly extends the service life of the drive components.

With these comprehensive improvements, the Tornado mulcher sets new standards in terms of robustness, ease of use, and cutting quality. The result: a reliable, low-maintenance implement that meets the high demands of modern users in every respect.
