Flange bearing
Besides the application, flange bearings consist of relatively flat bearing housings. It is alternatively furnished with 2 or 4 bore holes for fixing. Therefore they are called 3-hole-flange or 4-hole-flange. Flange bearings are usually mounted (flanged) in the direction of the shaft axis to a mounting surface.
