Automatic Chicken Door / 70546

The automatic chicken door allows the flaps, doors or sliders in poultry stalls to be automatically opened and closed. The automatic chicken door has various functions for opening and closing the slider:

• daylight-dependent control with light sensor
• time-dependent control, can differentiate between weekdays and weekends
• manual control, on the unit or via connected switch

Both battery and mains operation possible.

The Automatic Chicken Door is fitted with safety features. A time delay on the light signal prevents unwanted opening during lightning or short-term brightness. If the slider encounters resistance by an animal when closing, the process is stopped and then only started again when the animal has been removed. The device switches off automatically when there is a motor overload.
